Great news! Sam’s ANC is 400. 500 is the arbitrary level that COH indicates as engraftment so we’ll be officially engrafted on Monday. This means his immune system is bouncing back and you can tell: his rashes are disappearing, he hasn’t had a fever in 36 hours, and he’s back to arguing with his mom & dad 🙂
Sam’s Uncle Paul flew in from Australia. We figure he has about 3 good days in him before Andy wears him out. Andy is a whirlwind and we expect him to have Uncle Paul asking for reinforcements by Wednesday at the latest.
Anyways, we’re in a very good spot right now. Very thankful for everything. Thanks for the calls, email, gifts, and prayers.
